Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo Realty is a mission-driven company seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for the Riverbend Apartments (64 units) in Clarksburg, WV.
Pay and Benefits
- $17-20/hour
- Part-time (<28 hours)
- Weekly pay

Responsibilities
- Repairs/work orders including painting, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and/or carpentry
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to receive bids and organize projects
- Landscaping
- Preventative maintenance
- Walkway snow and ice removal
- On-call emergency maintenance
- Ability to travel to Morgantown if needed (infrequent)
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, turnovers, rekeying locks (No HVAC needed)
- 3 years of experience OR education from technical school
